Want a fun night out on the town but tired of driving from your home, then to a restaurant, and then to your entertainment choice for the evening? Why deal with the hassle of finding parking at each stop along the way, or of having to walk to your next destination wearing those killer new high heels that pinch just a little, but look great. Why not opt for something simpler, as in an enjoyable evening that includes dining and entertainment all in one location! • Lips Dragalicious Gospel Brunch

  

  And now for something completely different, it's the Dragalicious Gospel Brunch Hosted by Ruff N' Stuff, with the Sisters of Sequin. This is not your regular Sunday morning gospel! Each fabulous brunch entree includes unlimited Mimosas, Champagne, or Bloody Marys. So whether you feel like a little or a lot of feathers, high heels, and makeup with your classic eggs benedict, then head on down to Lips for drag queen dining! Two showings every Sunday. Reservations are required.

• Cabaret Zazou

  

  Can't decide on what to see? Music? Comedy? Circus? Why not see it all at Cabaret Zazou where you'll get a little bit of everything along with a wonderful four course meal. Come for cocktails before the show, (sadly not included in the price of the ticket), and then you'll be treated to some pre-show entertainment before the dinner and show begin. It's a full evening out with a running time of approximately 2 1/2 hours including dinner. And don't worry if you are a vegan or vegetarian as there are options for everyone on the menu. Where is the spiegeltent you say? It's on the 4th floor of the Cambria Hotel in the theatre district.

• Nitti's Supper Club

  

  We all have a little gangster in us. Who hasn't thought about robbing a bank! OK, well even if you haven't, you can still have fun at Nitti's Supper Club, found inside a landmark building that was once owned by mobster Frank Nitti's family. This dinner and show features a wonderful three course meal, and a whole lot of gangster related fun with a musical-comedy revue based on characters from Frank Nitti's life. You can start your evening at Harry's Bar and visit Nitti's secret vault where details of Chicago's gangster era come to life in photographs, newspaper articles and documents.

• Medieval Times

  

  This popular "dinner tournament", takes you back in time. Knights in shiny armor, jousting, and medieval fun all await you at the castle. This is a show like no other with real horses, thrilling battles and even falconry. Cheer on your champion knight, enjoy a four-course dinner (no silverware of course), and tour the castle, which is one of the largest medieval times castles in the country. Chivalry, rivalry, and revelry! This spirited show offers up spirits as well in the form of beer, wine and cocktails. You can also special order the vegetarian option, if the ample meal of roast chicken is not to your liking.

• Rhapsody Theatre

  

  Whether it's magic, music or comedy you are looking for, the Rhapsody Theatre is the newest kid on the block for a variety of entertainment choices. You'll be seated at your own cabaret style table where you can enjoy drinks from the front bar or even bring in pizza from the pizza joint next door. Plans are underway for Rhapsody Theatre restaurant service. Meanwhile, check out this elegant and oh so retro venue located in the heart of Rogers Park. Their line-up of internationally renowned magicians and unique musical acts will be sure to entertain and uplift for a sparkling evening out.

• The Magic Parlour

  

  Enjoy an elegant and classic evening of magic and mind-reading with magician Dennis Watkins. The Magic Parlour is for small intimate audiences of under 50 guests, cocktail attire suggested. The price of your ticket includes a selection of wine, beer, and soft drinks. Dennis is a 3rd generation magician who learned many of his classic tricks from his grandfather. He is also known for originating the role of Houdini in the production of Death and Harry Houdini, where he played for seven sold-out runs of pure Chicago Magic. Ask about the special Magic Menu through the Lockwood Restaurant at the Palmer House, for a before or after show special dining experience.

• The Dinner Detective Chicago

  

  If you can't resist a good mystery, have a favorite dramatization of Sherlock Holmes, or read all the Nancy Drew mysteries as a kid, then this is the dinner show for you. The Dinner Detective is America’s largest interactive comedy murder mystery dinner theatre show. The murderer is hidden in plain site amongst the diners, so beware. You yourself could end up as a suspect. Enjoy a great four course plated dinner, help solve the crime, and maybe you'll be the one to go home with the prize package for being the top sleuth.

• Untitled Supper Club

  

  This club oozes with prohibition era style and razzmatazz. It serves up globally inspired food and more whiskey choices than you can shake a stick at. Every Wednesday through Saturday, Untitled Supper Club presents dinner, drinks and live entertainment. You'll find the entertainment ranging from jazz, soul and R&B musicians, to frisky and fun burlesque shows. Be sure to make a reservation for dinner, and mention you are staying for the show and wish to be seated near the entertainment. Just don't choke on your pasta when the pasties come out!

• Kit Kat Lounge and Supper Club

  

  Who doesn't love a drag show, and at this supper club you get just that... dinner and drag wrapped up in one delicious package. Join the world famous Kit Kat Divas every night for great food with drag performances right at your table. For one price you get a two course dinner and bottomless drinks, which include their famous martinis and sangria. At this two hour seating, you will be wined, dined and entertained in this lively and vibrant Chicago hotspot.

• The Second City

  

  The Second City is known world-wide for its famous alumni. This improv comedy spot has birthed the careers of more than a few comedy stars. There are four stages and oodles of shows to choose from. Make sure you grab a bite to eat at their restaurant, the 1959 Kitchen and Bar, named after the year Second City was launched. The stylish retro vibe is the perfect place to start your night of fun. It is open Friday through Sunday only and features a small menu of table snacks, burgers, cocktails, wine and beer.

• Bordel

  

  This cocktail bar and cabaret is definitely an adults only experience. With nightly burlesque and jazz performances, this is where you come for something a bit more bohemian and a lot more fun. The decor is gypsy meets backroom speakeasy, and the food can be ordered from Mama Delia, the Spanish restaurant downstairs. A selection of dishes is available all night, along with a creative menu of craft cocktails. There are shows Wednesday through Saturday, along with resident DJ sets.

• Andy's Jazz Club

  

  Top Chicago jazz artists can be found here seven days a week. With 2-3 seatings per night, you can eat early, or close down the joint. This is a great place to hear great jazz, and eat great food all at the same time. Originally Andy's was a place for local newspaper employees to come after work and grab a pint and a bite. Over it's 70 plus years it has become one of Chicago's best known jazz clubs. Reservations are required and are good for one show. The menu has something for everyone from surf and turf to homemade ravioli.

• City Winery

  

  City Winery is all about music, wine and food. You can dine in during a show. Just arrive early and settle in for some great food and wine pairings, or visit the adjacent restaurant, the Barrel Room, for a general admission show. With tons of genres of music to check out, you will always find it a new experience. If wine isn't your thing, there is a full service bar for delicious cocktails as well. This company has a strong sense of philanthropy, so money spent here is money well spent for many reasons.

• Bub City

  

  Get your BBQ on at Bub City with house smoked meats, burgers, mac and cheese and all the fixins. See some of the best up-and-coming country and western singers every week. Live music runs Wed. through Saturday, with live karaoke on Wednesdays downtown. Perfect for those budding rock stars. There are two locations, central Chicago and Rosemont. Each has different hours and music schedules, so be sure to check out the website for each location before deciding.

• Tiki Terrace Dinner and Show

  

  You don't have to travel far to find a true Polynesian Luau dinner show. Skip the long plane ride and get yourself tickets to the Tiki Terrace Dinner Show. Enjoy the food of the South Pacific along with the same entertainment that you would find at the best Luau's in Hawaii. Get ready for hula hips and Hawaiian hunks, and a plate full of tropical flavors. Shows are three days a week with several times to choose from. Price includes salad, entree and dessert, but not cocktails, appetizers, tax or gratuity. Check out their Big Island package for something a bit more inclusive.

  Dinner and a movie is now dinner at the movies! Dine-in right at your seat at this AMC movie theatre. Kick back and enjoy the show from a luxurious AMC Signature Recliner. Reserve your seat before the show by ordering tickets online. You can pre-order your meal on your mobile too, or order at the concession, and your delicious food will be delivered to your seat.
