A Little History
Do you remember seeing your first magic show? Or maybe you have yet to experience this age-old artform. It is hard to pinpoint when the first conjurers and magicians began to make a trade out of illusion and disbelief. Some references are made on Egyptian papyrus about unbelievable feats, but it is certain that the ancient Romans performed the timeless trick of Cups and Balls. After that magic fell into disrepute and was considered witchcraft and who wanted to be burned at the stake? By the 1500s books started to appear on the subject, revealing conjuring secrets, but it is not until the 18th century that our modern idea of the magic show starts to be enjoyed. Since then magic has been getting bigger, better and more exciting with fans of this artform coming from around the globe.

What Other's Are Saying!
Last night I enjoyed the amazing and humorous Carnival of Illusion at the Biltmore Hotel and Resort in Phoenix. Sarlot and Eyed were outstanding in their show of outstanding magic (let's not call it tricks) feats.

We thank you for providing an evening of pure fun and exposure to the fanciful world of magic!!! Roland and Susan never disappoint and we marvel at their energy and grace as they perform. This is our fifth show and it always feels as if it is our first, there are always delightful nuances and flourishes to enjoy. The particular language that flows from Susan and Roland is exactly as it should be... spontaneity reaching people in surprising ways.
